the people’s ghost stories
A different book of ghost stories. Stories straight from the horse’s mouth. Not stories handed down from generation to generation that often turn into Chinese Whispers. Not stories gleaned from hours of research in libraries or trolled from the internet. But stories from you, “Joe Public”. First- hand accounts from those who have experienced Ghosts, whatever Ghosts are!

About The Book
I thought it was time that I compiled a book of ghost stories.
Over years of listening I have found it easy to differentiate between the truth and fiction. Some people were overtired, drunk, mistaken, making it up but the vast majority genuinely believed what they experienced.
The accounts you are about to read in this, your book, are from ordinary genuine folk who believe what they encountered was real.
You will notice how similar some of the accounts are. They will be from different locations and times. They will never have met but they all have one thing in common. They encountered a ghost.
Wherever my ghost hunting travels take me, I interview, talk to and listen to, people who have witnessed the paranormal.

About the author.

Over the past twenty-eight years I have conducted Ghost walks in Derby, York, Chester, Chesterfield, Leicester, Bolton and Ashbourne. I have been involved in TV programmes including Most Haunted, Great British Ghosts, The Scariest places on Earth, The Y Files and Ghost Detectives. Created forty-one Videos of haunted counties in Great Britain and written eleven books on the subject.
Wherever my ghost hunting travels take me, I interview, talk to and listen to, people who have witnessed the paranormal.
I personally have seen a ghost, heard a ghost, travelled with a ghost, and been touched by a ghost. Do I consider myself an expert on ghosts? No, how can anyone be an expert on something when there is no proof of its existence?
I do believe that in some form we do exist after death. I believe that the word ghost should be substituted for the word Energy.
